This form will allow you to confirm the reservation of your rabbit(s), and you will then also be invited to contribute a donation towards the services at Beloved Rabbits. It is not considered a guarantee of adoption completion. Beloved Rabbits and the Adopter (individual) retain the right to cancel the reservation without penalty. Acceptance of any donations including financial contribution, gift or grant is at the discretion of the Beloved Rabbits. Beloved Rabbits will not accept any gift unless it can be used or expended consistently with the purpose and mission of the Beloved Rabbits. Donations are optional and offered at the discretion of the adopter/individual. Donations are not associated directly to the adoption and do not represent a fee for services or payment in exchange for goods, services or an animal. Beloved Rabbits will refrain from providing advice about the tax or other treatment of gifts and will encourage donors to seek guidance from their own professional advisers to assist them in the process of making their donation. Beloved Rabbits will accept donations of cash or publicly traded securities. Gifts of in-kind services will be accepted at the discretion of Beloved Rabbits. Certain other gifts, real property, personal property, in-kind gifts, non-liquid securities, and contributions whose sources are not transparent or whose use is restricted in some manner, must be reviewed prior to acceptance due to the special obligations raised or liabilities they may pose for Beloved Rabbits. Beloved Rabbits will provide acknowledgments to donors meeting tax requirements for property received by the charity as a gift. However, except for gifts of cash and publicly traded securities, no value shall be ascribed to any receipt or other form of substantiation of a gift received by Beloved Rabbits. Beloved Rabbits will respect the intent of the donor relating to gifts for restricted purposes and those relating to the desire to remain anonymous. With respect to anonymous gifts, Beloved Rabbits will restrict information about the donor to only those staff members with a need to know. Beloved Rabbits will not compensate, whether through commissions, finders' fees, or other means, any third party for directing a gift or a donor to the Beloved Rabbits. Beloved Rabbits engage the services of third-party payment handling services from JustGiving for the processing of online financial donation payment and the reclaiming of any associated Gift Aid claims. All users utilising the JustGiving services agree to the terms & conditions as published on the JustGiving website. In the event where an adoption is cancelled, or rabbit(s) are returned to the rescue after the adoption collection appointment, financial contributions, gifts or grants offered alongside this reservation confirmation cannot be refunded, inline with donation legislation and guidelines set by OSCR.
